Making it back to town is almost as important as making it through the dungeon. Sparklite sends you into a constantly changing world where every expedition is a chance to uncover new gadgets, gather valuable Sparklite, and push a little further before returning to prepare for your next adventure.

Each trip into Geodia offers a fresh layout filled with enemies, puzzles, and hidden secrets. Even if a run ends early, the Sparklite you’ve collected can be invested back at The Refuge, unlocking permanent upgrades that help you explore further and take on increasingly dangerous challenges.

What Makes It Different?

  • Explore a procedurally generated world that changes with every run
  • Collect Sparklite to unlock permanent upgrades
  • Discover gadgets that open new ways to explore
  • Battle challenging bosses known as Titans
  • Solve environmental puzzles throughout each region
  • Return to The Refuge between runs to improve your adventure
  • Combines action-adventure gameplay with roguelite progression

Every Expedition Has a Purpose

No two ventures into Geodia play out exactly the same. The shifting world encourages you to adapt your route, explore new areas, and decide whether it’s worth pushing deeper or heading back with the resources you’ve already collected.

That flexibility makes every run feel worthwhile. Sometimes you’re hunting for a new gadget, other times you’re gathering Sparklite for upgrades, and occasionally everything comes together for a serious attempt at the next Titan.

A World That Keeps Opening Up

Progress isn’t just measured by stronger equipment. As you discover new gadgets, previously unreachable areas become accessible, rewarding players who enjoy exploring every corner of the world.

Combined with the changing map, those new tools give each return trip a fresh sense of discovery rather than simply repeating the same journey.

Built Around Short Adventures

Sparklite is easy to enjoy in shorter sessions. Runs are compact enough to fit into a quick break, while the permanent progression gives every expedition a lasting sense of purpose.

Over time, those small victories gradually build toward larger goals, whether that’s uncovering more of Geodia, strengthening your character, or preparing for the next major boss encounter.

How Long Does a Run Take?

A typical run in Sparklite lasts around 15 to 20 minutes. Loot-focused runs often take 10 to 15 minutes, while exploration-heavy adventures usually last 20 to 30 minutes as you search for gadgets, solve puzzles, and uncover more of the world. Completing the main story takes around 10 to 12 hours across multiple runs.

Controller Support

Sparklite offers full controller support, including Xbox controllers.

Good If You Like…

If you enjoyed Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos, Undermine, or Children of Morta, Sparklite offers a similarly rewarding mix of action-adventure exploration, permanent progression, and bite-sized roguelite runs that steadily open up a vibrant world.
