The odds aren’t exactly in your favor when you’re standing between humanity and an endless army of demons. Arms of God embraces that chaos from the very beginning, dropping you into relentless battles where every completed stage brings tougher enemies, stronger upgrades, and another opportunity to forge a build capable of surviving what’s still to come.
Arms of God is a roguelite autoshooter built around fast-paced combat and long-term progression. As you fight through handcrafted levels, you’ll collect blessings, discover new weapons, and fuse them together to create increasingly powerful combinations before facing the boss waiting at the end of each act.
What Makes It Different?
- Battle through 15 handcrafted levels in every act
- Fuse weapons together to create powerful new combinations
- Collect blessings that shape your build throughout a run
- Face escalating waves of demonic enemies
- Defeat a boss at the end of each act
- Visit shops between stages to strengthen your character
- Experiment with different weapon and blessing combinations across repeated runs
Strong Builds Are Made Over Time
The early levels don’t ask much of you, but that quickly changes. Each completed stage opens the door to stronger upgrades, giving you the chance to gradually shape your build before the difficulty begins to climb.
Those choices become increasingly important as a run unfolds. A weapon that feels reliable early on can become something entirely different once it’s combined with the right fusion or supported by a carefully chosen blessing.
Every Stage Builds Momentum
Rather than throwing everything at you at once, Arms of God steadily raises the pressure across a series of compact levels. The pace gives you just enough breathing room to improve your character before the next wave of enemies arrives.
That structure keeps the action feeling fresh throughout an act. Every cleared stage feels like progress, while the approaching boss provides a constant reminder that your build is being tested with every decision you make.
One More Upgrade Before the Boss
The shops between levels offer a welcome pause from the action, but they’re also another opportunity to fine-tune your strategy. Deciding how to spend your resources can be just as important as surviving the battles themselves.
It’s this balance between combat and preparation that makes each run so satisfying. You’re always looking ahead, wondering whether the next blessing or weapon fusion will be the one that ties your entire build together.
How Long Does a Run Take?
A typical run in Arms of God lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. A full act consists of 15 handcrafted levels followed by a boss battle, with most successful runs taking around 45 to 60 minutes depending on how much time you spend improving your build between stages.
Controller Support
Arms of God offers full controller support for Xbox controllers.
Good If You Like…
If you enjoyed Death Must Die, Soulstone Survivors, Halls of Torment, and Vampire Survivors, Arms of God offers a similar focus on building increasingly powerful combinations, with weapon fusions and blessings giving every run plenty of room to evolve.
