Tokyo Valkyries is a roguelite deckbuilder where a group of university students secretly defend Tokyo from an invasion by the Underworld. By day, they live ordinary lives on campus, but when night falls they become Valkyries, venturing into a parallel world to battle supernatural enemies threatening the city. Each run sees you build a deck of cards, fight through branching encounters, and strengthen your strategy as you progress across an ever-changing map.
Every expedition offers opportunities to add new cards, refine your deck, and develop different strategies as increasingly powerful enemies stand in your way. Success depends on building effective card combinations, choosing the best route through each run, and making smart decisions as you push deeper into the Underworld. With randomized progression and a growing collection of cards to unlock, every attempt to save Tokyo unfolds a little differently.
