Astral Ascent is a 2D platformer roguelite with fast, fluid combat in which one of four heroes tries to escape the Garden, an astral prison guarded by twelve powerful Zodiac bosses. Players wield dozens of unique spells and abilities, mixing them into varied builds across runs. Its gorgeous hand-drawn art and snappy action recall titles like Dead Cells. A light narrative unfolds between attempts as the characters interact. Co-op support lets two players fight side by side. Defeating the Zodiacs to break free drives the progression.
