Vampire Survivors Tells Switch Players To Hang Tight As v1.15 Slips

If you’ve been waiting for Vampire Survivors’ v1.15 update on Nintendo Switch, you’ll be waiting a little longer.

Developer poncle confirmed that the update has been delayed on Nintendo’s console, thanking players for their patience and promising to share more information as soon as it can. No revised release date was announced, and the studio hasn’t revealed what’s causing the hold-up.

While the delay is frustrating for Switch players, it’s also a reminder of just how much Vampire Survivors has grown since exploding onto the indie scene. What started as a deceptively simple survival roguelite has become one of the genre’s biggest success stories, regularly receiving new content, characters, and quality-of-life updates across multiple platforms.

Poncle hasn’t said whether the delay is related to technical issues, platform certification, or something else entirely. For now, all Switch players can do is sit tight and wait for the promised update from the developer. Hopefully, it won’t be too long before the next wave of vampire-slaying chaos arrives on Nintendo’s handheld.
