Rogue Legacy 2 builds on everything that made the original so popular while greatly expanding its scope. Players once again explore a constantly changing castle, choosing a new descendant after every death and investing gold into permanent upgrades between runs. This time, however, the game introduces a much larger roster of classes, more diverse biomes, deeper progression systems, and a distinctive hand-drawn art style. The result is a bigger, more polished roguelite that retains the addictive “one more run” appeal of the original while offering far more variety and build options.
