Dive the Depths
Sent down into the deepest, most treacherous parts of the ocean, a diver’s only job is simple: survive, or become just another thing the depths swallowed. Formidable creatures, submerged ruins, and secrets long forgotten are all waiting below, and turning back isn’t really an option.
Dive The Depths is an action roguelike from developer Frizuo and Starpixel Studios, set entirely beneath the ocean’s surface. Facing down ruthless sea creatures, exploring biomes packed with unique species, and equipping increasingly wild combinations of gear, you’ll dive deeper with every attempt, testing your wits against titanic bosses guarding the ocean’s darkest secrets.

Everything Down Here Wants You Gone
The ocean in Dive The Depths doesn’t hold back. Anything alive is treated as fair game, and that includes the diver exploring it, with ruthless creatures doing everything they can to end a run early. Bosses guarding key depths add another layer of tension, ranging from slow, methodical fights that demand patience to breakneck, bullet-hell-style encounters that test reflexes above all else. Surviving one is rewarded handsomely, but getting there takes real skill.
Gear Built for Chaos
Items collected on the way down cover a wide range, from straightforward stat boosts to gear that fundamentally changes how a run plays out. Testing different combinations opens up genuinely surprising combos, and with a fully physics-based world underpinning combat, experimenting with weapons and mechanics rarely feels predictable. Deciding how far to push a build before diving even deeper is where most of the risk, and reward, comes from.
How Long Does a Run Take?
An individual run typically takes between 15 to 45 minutes. The exact length depends on playstyle and how deep exploration goes. Short runs of 10 to 20 minutes come from rushing straight through an early dive or focusing only on immediate objectives, while average runs of 25 to 45 minutes involve taking the time to battle enemies, hunt for items, and fully clear areas. Long runs of 45 minutes or more happen on highly successful attempts, where diving very deep into the extraterrestrial reef allows for farming rare materials or boss drops.
