Void Salvage Brings Incremental Auto-Combat to Steam Next Fest with a Demo Available Now

The pitch is economical. You salvage derelict ships, install upgrades across 40+ modules and augments, and watch your vessel auto-fire through escalating waves of enemies. Each sector ramps the difficulty with elites and ambushes that reward or punish greedy builds.

Between runs, permanent meta progression unlocks new ships and automation layers across 10 core upgrade branches. There are 5 distinct weapon archetypes (rapid fire, burst, precision, scatter, heavy impact), 4 enemy factions with different behaviors, and 15 unlockable ships that alter core mechanics.

What separates Void Salvage from idle clickers is agency. Real-time combat demands ship building decisions, and the game offers 30+ choice-driven encounters where player responses trigger salvage rewards, system modifications, faction escalation, or outright combat.
