A wild Golgamad Has Arrived to Destroy The Forums.
Your comment must rhyme with the previous comment to do damage.
Every reply is judged: follow the rule well and you damage the boss, break it and you damage the thread.
You can attack once per hour.
The thread loses 4% HP every day, so keep the raid alive.
Break an HP bar to earn a roguelike boon of your choice.
Slay the boss together and every raider is rewarded.

July 4, 2026 at 2:17 am #4821Hopefully we have what it takes for Golgamad to be thwarted
0116 damageClean rhyme of 'Golgamad/thwarted' with solid effort and appropriate battle tone, though relatively straightforward execution.July 4, 2026 at 2:43 am #4822Don’t worry, one lucky run and his evil plans will be aborted!
0132 damageClean rhyme of 'thwarted/aborted' with relevant battle context and confident tone that builds well on the previous post.July 4, 2026 at 10:58 am #4908Absolutely, together we will all get this sorted!
0116 damageClean rhyme of 'aborted/sorted' with solid team spirit, though somewhat generic phrasing lacking cleverness.July 4, 2026 at 11:12 am #4922Fighting a raid boss in the forums is a lot cooler than it sounded.
0RULE BROKEN: the thread takes damageDoes not rhyme with 'sorted' - 'sounded' is a near-miss but fails the rhyming requirement.July 4, 2026 at 12:28 pm #4956We’ve got to work together and fight Golgamad before we all get pounded. ๐ฑ
072 damageStale scheme. Start an original sentence to reset the rhymes, or keep facing reduced damage.July 4, 2026 at 1:06 pm #4959Donโt worry, weโll hit so hard heโll be dumbfounded!
0CRITICAL HIT! 128 damageStale scheme. Start an original sentence to reset the rhymes, or keep facing reduced damage.July 4, 2026 at 1:37 pm #4960He’s looking like he’s almost on the ropes! A few more hits and he’ll be grounded.
0116 damageFresh '-ounded' rhyme sound (grounded) that extends the combat narrative with good effort and imagery, though the rhyme scheme itself is becoming well-established in the thread.July 4, 2026 at 2:10 pm #4965Keep up the pressure, strike a blow
0RULE BROKEN: the thread takes damageNew post fails to complete a rhyme scheme, leaving 'blow' unrhymed and breaking the fundamental posting rule.July 4, 2026 at 4:20 pm #4985I really wanna hit him on his big toe!
084 damageValid rhyme with 'blow' using a new sound (-oe), but the imagery is silly and effort is minimal for a raid boss battle.July 4, 2026 at 4:34 pm #4986Hit him fast, right on his toe, then kick his shins, and make him run slow!
080 damageStale scheme. Start an original sentence to reset the rhymes, or keep facing reduced damage.July 4, 2026 at 8:12 pm #4990You think my attacks are stale, but what do you know? I’m gonna slap’em so hard, and put on a show ๐
0104 damageStale scheme. Start an original sentence to reset the rhymes, or keep facing reduced damage.July 5, 2026 at 12:51 am #5007It knows nothing, keep those attacks coming, we’ve gunna finish this foe!
0CRITICAL HIT! 209 damageStale scheme. Start an original sentence to reset the rhymes, or keep facing reduced damage.July 5, 2026 at 9:56 am #5050This may seem like an impossible task, but we’ve got heart, soul, and plenty of sass!
0104 damageFresh rhyme sound (sass/task) introduces new territory and shows effort, though the phrasing is somewhat generic for the combat context.July 5, 2026 at 10:58 am #5059A few more attacks and a kick in the back, then a punch in the face, and we’ll kick his ass.
0104 damageValid rhyme with 'task/sass' to 'back/ass', but relatively straightforward combat description without clever wordplay or notable effort. - AuthorPosts
