
Bugscraper is a roguelike shooter developed by Yolwoocle, OLX, Verbaudet, and Ninesliced, released on June 30, 2026. Players take the role of Mio and his friends, insects scaling a high-rise tower floor by floor to confront a tyrannical boss waiting at the top.
Each run progresses through roughly a hundred waves of enemies spread across successive floors. Combat is organized around a growing arsenal of weapons and upgrade pickups collected between floors, letting players compound offensive options as they climb. Tough bosses punctuate the ascent, creating pressure points that test whatever build has accumulated by that stage.
Solo play and local co-op for up to four players are both supported.
Office workers staging an insect revolt through a corporate tower gives the setting a specific personality. That fixed objective at the top is what every run works toward, and the density of the wave structure is what makes the climb feel consequential. A hundred enemy waves compressed into a single vertical run means weapon selection and upgrade choices carry real weight from the first floor to the last.
