Moonlighter is an action RPG with roguelite elements about Will, a shopkeeper who secretly dreams of becoming a hero. By day he runs his shop, pricing and selling goods; by night he raids procedurally generated dungeons for loot to stock his store. The dual loop pairs combat and item-gathering with shop management and economy decisions. Selling the right items at the right prices funds better gear and town upgrades. Its charming pixel art and clever merchant hook set it apart from pure dungeon crawlers. Risk in the dungeons translates directly into reward back in the shop.
