A new cybernetic roguelite has arrived on Steam that sees you pilot an advanced security protocol that’s been tasked with purging a corrupted network before total system failure. Cyber-Nanotech Horde Survivor launched June 16, and is available to purchase now.

Rather than spawning discrete waves of enemies, the virus adapts and merges. When glitch entities collide, they fuse into larger, mutated threats with amplified health, speed, and damage. Defeating these merged enemies yields multi-tiered XP gems that shift color as they combine, stacking multipliers for high-score runs.
Progression layers in two directions. Real-time decryption of firewall nodes collected from mini-bosses grants access to emergency cybernetic payloads like Overcharges and Overclocks that shift momentum mid-run. Separately, Meta-Credits earned across runs fund persistent hardware upgrades to core statistics: attack speed, movement rate, magnet range, damage output, and health regeneration. Two security classes launch with the game. Cypher focuses on high-frequency pulse weapons and defensive vortex barriers. Spark Weaver trades durability for chain lightning arcing across entire server racks.
The game supports an Endless Mode that spawns a Glitch Sentinel mini-boss every 60 seconds and a colossal Corrupted Kernel boss every 10 minutes. All runs feed into a System Archives leaderboard tracking performance by network threat level, survival duration, and enemies purged. Cyber-Nanotech Horde Survivor ships with 23 Steam Achievements and vector-art cyber-neon aesthetics built around rotating glowing wireframe boss entities.
